Absolutely stunning property! It was definitely physically challenging to get to and from the lake if you are not in shape, just keep that in mind! The house was perfect and the views were great. Place was clean and had mostly everything you need.

The view from the sunroom is breathtaking in the morning. The rooms and bathrooms were all clean. The kitchen is perfect for cooking large meals. Perfect place for a quiet getaway.

Be advised, the walk to the lake / boat house can be treacherous when wet...sections are steep.

This was a great house for a family getaway. It's beautiful inside and out with almost everything you could need. We felt like we were staying in a forest due to all the beautiful shady trees. I do have to mention that the path down to the lake is very steep and it's a long way down. I know that the house is in the mountains but I highly advise against any elderly or anyone with the slightest disability going up and down the path. That being said, Lake Blue Ridge is so pretty and refreshing and the house is in a quiet cove. We utilized Blue Ridge Boat Rentals and took a pontoon out for the day for relaxing, fishing, and swimming. We all agreed that was our favorite day. And the views from the house can't be beat.
