Great Stay

We stayed July 4th weekend and couldn't be happier with the house. It's in a great spot with restaurants/bars within walking distance. If you are looking for a place to stay as a home base to explore the city, this is it. The view from the top floor is awesome.

Awesome home, perfect for weekend getaway

Very cool home, great outdoor space and amazing view from 3rd floor office/ bedroom.Great communication with Troy prior to and during our stay. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Cleveland.

Great place to stay; fabulous location and view. The pictures don't do this justice; very spacious, super clean and had everything we needed. Very updated and modern but super comfortable. Space for everyone but also places to gather; we played games at the dining table and watched a movie as a family in the basement. Weather prevented us from using the outside space but it looked awesome. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Stunning Retreat

Troy was very kind for a last minute booking for me. This place was amazing . Complete with everything you and guests need. Gorgeous, modern , convenient and peaceful. I will definitely book again.

Perfect location with amazing city views

We had a group of 5 longtime friends come in town for a 50th birthday. The house has so many levels with multiple patios/gathering spaces. You can see the Cleveland skyline from inside and outside! We walked to the iconic Cleveland sign for a pic and many walkable restaurants and bars in Tremont. Communication was excellent and easy to get in. Very clean and spacious. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Wedding

This property was PERFECT for our family! We flew in from Texas for a family wedding and this location/property worked out beautifully for us. Troy was a gracious host, was always available when needed, and communicated regularly throughout the process. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner selections at Fat Cats, which is conveniently located right across the street. Thanks for a great experience! I would highly recommend this property.

Staycation in Cleveland

We did a quick staycation at Troy’s place and highly recommend staying there. Located next to the Towpath trail you have amazing views of downtown and are close to the numerous bars and restaurants in Tremont. The space itself was clean and spacious. We didn’t use it while we were there, but the backyard looked amazing for relaxing with a hot tub and water feature. This place would great for anyone looking to explore Cleveland or those attending sporting events in town. Highly recommend.
