The place was very pretty and the view and balcony were spot on as we had hoped. We enjoyed fishing off the balcony and the place was pretty quiet for the most part. The reason for the lower review are all the little things that were neglected and the lack of information in the listing. The condo is on the second story, and has additional stairs to a third story inside. While the listing alluded to a bedroom upstairs, it did not say the entire unit was also upstairs. As we had an elderly person with us and dogs, this unit was not the best for us. The listing does not list all the amenities available: pool access, restaurant on the grounds, fishing gear provided, jet garden bathtubs in both bathrooms. Instructions/information was not provided upon arrival. We didn't know what to do about trash or dishes or the soiled towels, or where to put the key when we left. And we were embarrassed when we went to the wrong pool because info was not provided correctly (and only after I asked). We also were fearful about our 2nd vehicle being towed because of only 1 parking pass. Little neglected things that are easy to fix: Burned out bulbs, unlabeled light switches. (Specifically the front porch up the stairs). No kitchen towels or potholders. No additional blankets. Only one roll of toilet paper and no other paper towels/napkins. Tubs/sink need better cleaning. No covers on tv remotes ?? It was okay, but we won’t return.
