After forcing us to change airline tickets because it was double booked on the other vacation home site and attempts through email to change the start day by 1 day went undone, I was prepared to grin n bare it for the sake of my disabled mom who was visiting. The initial entry was clean. Premises were what I needed for my elderly mother but aside from that, it was a disappointment. Internet and tv went out of service several times. Cold showers several times and towels never swapped for clean ones, know that this is not a long term stay property (29 days require more then 1 set of towels). There is no washer and dryer on site. The bed is rock hard, bought a mattress topper to make it sleepable. (We threw it away when we checked out). He agreed to have the place cleaned 2x for the inconvenience of my mom having to pay to have her tickets changed (mid stay and exit day). We were out by noon as he agreed to and expected the 2nd cleaning. We did not tear up the place- she's an 83yr old lady with mobility issues here visiting her daughter and granddaughter on her bucket list trip, she didnt throwparties held and the place was rentable right after cleaning. Anything else was not done by us. Thank you though for a place for her without stairs. Would not recommend for longer than 2 days at a time.
