The neighborhood is adorned with serene parks, Grīziņkalns, and Ziedoņdārzs, offering picturesque settings for leisurely walks. The ground floor of the building houses the self-service laundrette, 'Smaržo'. Overall, the area exudes comfort and tranquility, making it a delightful place to live.
