Cottage Nestled in Nature

This studio unit is situated on 4 acres of peace & quiet, where you will have your own private abode nestled in nature as you listen to the owls hoot! It’s located behind our mom’s house- she won’t bother you, but will be close by if needed! We are pet friendly, just communicate it with the host beforehand- there will just be a small pet fee & pets must be trained. This studio provides a private washer, dryer, smart tv, bonfire pit, newly constructed kitchen & bath, futon, cook top, retro appliances, & queen sized bed.

This cottage is located behind a main house, but everything at the rental is privately yours. You will have your own outdoor section & private entrance into your cottage. The only thing shared is the driveway & yard.

This unit comfortably situates 2 people, however, the futon is quite comfortable for a kid or someone under 6 ft & willing to accommodate an extra person if needed- please just let us know!

10 mins from Mississippi State University.
15 minutes from Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge.
15 minutes from Downtown Starkville.

Located in a quiet area with no traffic- just a lot of nature. You may see deer families & hear the hoots of owls on your stay here with us!

Pets are allowed, but must be discussed with hosts prior to booking. $50 pet fee must be paid for and pet must be trained. You will be responsible for any damages from pet. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PET ON FURNITURE.
