• BBQ Grill rental: $85 + taxes (entire stay, includes 1 propane tank)
• Pool/Spa heating: $40/day + taxes (required for the entire stay)
• Requests must be made in advance (3–5 days prior to check-in)
Note: The spa is not a hot tub and does not have independent temperature control from the pool.
Self-Service
• Starter kit: shampoo, soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags for the beginning of your stay
• Restocking: we recommend purchasing additional items at nearby supermarkets
• Trash/recycling: Please place trash in front of the curb. Must be in closed bags or it will not be picked up. The community may fine you if trash is not in closed bags.

Forgotten Items Policy
If an item is found, we will notify you. Guests may retrieve it or request shipping for $30 + taxes and shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items.
