Welcome to Bayview Dreams Villa, your perfect getaway in the heart of Fort Lauderdale! This stunning 6-bedroom, 3,5-bathroom villa offers a blend of comfort and convenience, making it ideal for families or groups. Enjoy essential amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and high-speed wireless internet. Relax in spacious living areas or unwind with the convenience a spacious private backyard with a heated pool, Tiki Hut and boat dock. This villa promises an unforgettable stay.

Ground Floor:

Bayview Dreams Villa, with 6 Bedrooms /3.5 Baths, is perfect and vacation home for the most discerning clients. This home away from home has everything you’ll need for an amazing family vacation.
Enter through a magnificent entrance and step inside Bayview Dreams Villa. A beautiful staircase leads to the second-floor bedrooms. Large picture windows and French door opens to a private and beautiful garden and pool area. A perfect place for outdoor dining and entertaining. The windows in the open area brings in the tropical sunlight of South Florida. Natural light creates a soft glow highlighting at all hours of the day in this large area. A wonderful spacious living room area with large sofas, Flat-Screen TV, and oversized dining area and a modern kitchen. The formal dining area with views offer seating for 10 persons.

A popular room facing the garden offer a Billiard Table for family fun!

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor (One with twin beds, and one with bunk-bed with 3 twins plus an extra twin), a full-size bathroom with shower and direct access to the pool area, and a small bathroom in the hallway, plus a staircase to the 2nd floor.

2ndFloor:

The master bedroom is designed for comfort and luxury. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and offer an over-sized master bathroom with separate Tub & Shower, a large walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms are located on this floor (2 with king Size beds and one with 2 twins), sharing a full-size bathroom with combination tub/shower.
Fort Lauderdale city has a noise restriction, that they are very strict on.
Audibility Thresholds:
Night (10 p.m. – 7 a.m.): Sound must not be audible 25 feet from the property line.
Day (7 a.m. – 10 p.m.): Sound must not be audible 50 feet from the property line.
Penalties: Fines range from $250 to $325 per violation, with potential for up to $15,000 per day for repeat or severe, irreversible violations.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Bayview Drive. Sofia and Mike were very responsive and helpful. The house is in a great location and we would love to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house! We were traveling with 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). The house is incredibly spacious. We had plenty of room and had many bedrooms/beds we didn’t even use. We loved all the common space as well. There was plenty of room for all of us to be in one space if we wanted to and lots of areas to choose from if we wanted to spread out.We loved the Fort Lauderdale area as well. Cute area with lots of shops, restaurants and beaches to choose from. We enjoyed the park and baseball fields across the street too.When we come back to Fort Lauderdale we would love to stay here again.

We were a group of 12. The accommodations were comfortable. The outside space was terrific. The pool was warm. A few things needed attention and Michael took care of it in 24 hrs. A lovely park directly across the street. The home is in a safe neighborhood.The dining table was large enough to seat the entire family. Ate most meals at home and used the grill. Hope to return.

Our stay at this home was great. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs, typically same day response and solutions ! The home is spacious, all the bedding was hotel white sheets and new mattresses with protectors, all white towels, very clean. One particular mention, as a larger group, we stay at alot of homes that boast 'sleeps 10' or 12, etc, but do not supply enough seating at tables, around the pool etc to match the guest volume. This was not the case here. Larger amounts of couch, table, loungers etc to accomodate everyone comfortably all over the house. The park across the street is amazing for the kids, and all shopping amenities are nearby. Definitely recommend !

The house was very nice! We had a bunch of guys and we had a blast! The pool was nice and relaxing and the couch was perfect. The host was very nice and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back.
