Secluded Studio-Style 1-Bed/1-Bath Poolhouse in Southern Hills/Tulsa

Welcome to our spacious, newly-remodeled poolhouse, nestled in the luxurious Southern Hills neighborhood! This home is located 3 blocks from the legendary Southern Hills Country Club and Golf Course and boasts a private and inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom studio for you and up to 3 people. Equipped with independent AC and heating (you control the temperature), WiFi, a Keurig coffee pot/pods, and a smart TV with YouTube TV, you'll have all the amenities you need for a home-away-from-home getaway! The full kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The full bathroom with oversized walk-in shower(rain shower head) includes towels, shampoo/conditioner, and soap for your convenience. Guests will find comfort in this beautiful and quiet retreat, with blackout curtains provided to get a good night's sleep! You'll have your own parking for up to 2 cars and private entrance into the gated yard. Small families will find the space and adjoining yard ideal for a weekend escape. Travelers will enjoy a quiet space to unwind at the end of a long day. Tourists will love the area, with numerous options for shopping, dining, casinos, and entertainment only a 5-10 minute drive away!
The tennis/pickleball/basketball court is also available year round for guest(s) to use at their leisure.
The main resident's pool is closed for the season. Pool will re-open in the spring.
The hot tub is not for use by VRBO Renter.

*CAUTIONS ABOUT THE POOL*
Please swim at your own risk.
There is no lifeguard present.
A guardian must be present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool.
Pool is 3.5ft - 9ft deep - NOT heated.

We have EXTERIOR security cameras throughout the property, as well as an alarm system. The cameras monitor the driveway, entryways, front yard the backyard. There are no indoor cameras.

NO: parties or pets allowed - $300 fine if house rule is broken.

NO: drugs or smoking/vaping of any substance is allowed inside the Poolhouse - $500 fine if house rule is broken.

If you break anything or severely soil the linens, you will be responsible for paying for the original purchase price.

We are happy to assist with any questions while booking or during your stay at our house, and we look forward to hosting you!

This is the perfect couples retreat in a beautiful location in south Tulsa. It is so cute and has everything you need plus a tennis/pickleball court which we really enjoyed. The hosts are amazing.

Excellent stay! Sarah and Markus are amazing hosts. Their property is beautiful and so close to everything. They are very friendly and were so helpful with information about the area and so ready to lend/supply anything to make our stay more comfortable. This will be our only place to stay in Tulsa!!

Very cozy stay! The bed was comfortable and it was in a nice neighborhood. One of the best things, they had good toilet paper! Not that cheap stuff Nice set up, full (small) kitchen, comfy bed, spacious. The only issue and it was a very minor one, is the bathroom was a bit odd. No shower curtain or door and only a head coming out of the ceiling, hard to escape water flow if you didn't want to get hair wet.

Great for our overnight stay

We were in Tulsa for a quick overnight & this was the perfect stop for us. Clean, convenient to highways/shopping/food and very friendly host. We needed air mattresses and extra bedding and those were provided without issue. Pool was open and clean. We really enjoyed our stay!

Loved this OSU-themed property! Clean, spacious, and in a quiet location. The owner thought of everything we would need to have a comfortable stay and was prompt with communication. My husband and I so much enjoyed this over a hotel...especially because there was access to a private pool. We would definitely book again when traveling to Tulsa.

Anyone looking to stay near Tulsa would be amazed with how easy the check-in process was, the cleanliness of the room and the quality of sleep you’ll get there. Bed was very comfy, and worked excellent for my wife & I’s stay for a night away!

Enjoyed the stay. Pleasant, clean, friendly. All went very well and owners went beyond what is expected. Really nice place to stay. Owners even left small gifts for grandkids who were graduation.

Perfect stay

The property is exactly as described. We appreciated the way we were valued as guests and our special need was so readily accommodated. Easily accessed from a main thoroughfare and very safe and secure environment. Sarah and Markus are a delightful couple. We travel to Tulsa for medical reasons and are delighted to know about this property. We will book again, hands down. Highly recommend.
