What makes this apartment unique is its location in a solidly constructed building from 1938. The building has only two floors, each with a separate entrance, ensuring privacy. For the past year, I have been the only resident in the building, which adds to the sense of intimacy.
Despite being close to the city center, the neighborhood is very calm. When you enter the street where the apartment is located, it feels like you're outside the capital, even though you're still within it. This combination of historical charm, privacy, and peaceful surroundings makes this apartment a great choice for your stay.
