I bought this land 15 years ago and always had a vision to bring it empty lot back to life in this area. I am proud to say my choices in this home from the mint green kitchen to the barn door, it has character and the neighborhood is centrally located and plenty of parking for your ATVs and all your grown-up toys. Relaxing on the porch, whether your traveling the trails kayaking down the Susquehanna river or just meeting with family and friends.

Easy access to ATV trails and the Susquehanna River.. mini splits in every room, Roku television in every room, a fireplace to relax and enjoy your morning coffee with an open concept you can converse with your friends and family and feel right at home.
