Orlando convenience

We traveled to the Orlando area to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The house was perfect for enabling family from other states to stay together for the special occasion. The house is conveniently located to the major parks and other area attractions. We had everything we needed.

Beautiful Property

Resident neighbors aren’t fond of vacay rentals which made it an u comfortable experience. We found the neighbor standing in front of our property taking pictures of our vehicles….one of which was eventually towed because it was a hair over the line. Beautiful property, however.

Beautiful Home

There were 5 adults and we truely enjoyed our stay. Its a beautiful home. My only complaint was the kitchen. Their cleaning crew was lacking. There is a visible grease mark above the stove that is covered in dust. Many of the dishes were visually dirty. There was food on the vase on the table. The plates are from ikea and have tons of scratch marks on them. The rest if the house was so beautiful that this just stuck out. It sleeps 12 but not even a sevice of 12 silverware. We loved the pools, both swimming and pool table. We would definitely go again.

Overall good experience

The house was exactly what we were looking for. One of the most pleasant parts about the trip was the woman cleaning the house prior to our arrival. She was very friendly and helped us a lot! The house itself was very nice but a few things were broken before we got there. The pool table for example had a broken leg making it impossible to move the table to make room in the garage. Also, check in was at 4pm, we drove by at 3:30 and Mark the property manager did give us an attitude for sitting outside the property waiting to get in when we had nowhere else to go. We were very respectful and did not feel welcome right out of the gate. Overall if your looking for a good family home close to Disney, then I would recommend this property.

Fantastic villa

As a group of 9 adults and an infant this villa was just about perfect . 5 double bedrooms are hard to find near to the theme parks so this was the reason we chose it. As a group we were all very impressed with it . Most adults in the party are regular travellers to Florida so have seen a lot of villas . Only gripes that came up throughout the whole of the stay were … No electric kettle and only a two slice toaster (of which it only did one side of bread at a time ) in a house of 10 people this made breakfast time a bit of chore . Minor things indeed ! So on the whole we throughly loved our vacation in this villa . Very pleased to see a safety net around the pool as it kept our 2-year-old safe throughout our holiday. Villa now has a games room which we didn’t realise until we arrived so that was a bonus. We did buy a booster seat for the dining table for our infant and have left it there for potential other guests if management company allow it .

Good home for whole family

This was a great home for our family vacation, property was well kept, the neighborhood was crowded with cars parked in the streets and there was a house that played loud music everyday. We never heard it in the house but we did hear when outside in the pool area. Also there needs to be larger pans for cooking we only had 3 small skillets.

Trash issue

When we arrived there was no available trash cans for our garbage. Every receptacle was filled and sitting curb side for the four days we were there. The property manager stopped by and told us to leave the trash in plastic bags in the garage. There has to be a better way to handle this situation. Either more trash cans or more frequent pick ups. Also the family room needs better lighting. There is one lamp for a large room. Overall we nejoyed the house and the stay.

Vacation By The Mouse is a family-owned vacation rental business, and we’ve been helping families create memorable vacations for more than 20 years. What started with a love for travel and the Orlando area has grown into a passion for providing guests with comfortable, well-maintained vacation homes where they can relax, spend time together and make lasting memories.

We specialize in professionally managed vacation homes throughout many of Central Florida’s most popular resort communities, including Reunion Resort, ChampionsGate, Windsor Island, Windsor at Westside, Windsor Cay, Storey Lake, Solara, Solterra, Windsor Hills and more.

Our collection ranges from smaller vacation rentals for couples and families to spacious luxury homes with up to 15 bedrooms. Many feature private pools and spas, themed bedrooms, game rooms, movie theaters and access to resort amenities such as waterparks, lazy rivers and clubhouses.

We especially enjoy helping families visiting Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and Central Florida find a home that fits their vacation. Our goal is to make the rental experience easy from booking through check-out, with clear communication, helpful information and a dedicated team available when guests need assistance.

Although we’ve grown over the years, we remain a family-owned business and believe personal service still matters. We know that where you stay is an important part of your vacation, and we truly appreciate every family who chooses one of our homes for their time together in Florida.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Providence Resort offers a peaceful, gated setting that feels removed from the busier tourist areas while still keeping Walt Disney World approximately 20 minutes away. What we enjoy most is the combination of natural surroundings, recreation, and championship golf right within the community. Guests can enjoy the resort-style pool and waterslide, fitness center, lighted tennis courts, and walking and biking trails, while golfers have an 18-hole championship course located directly within Providence and open to the public. The community's quieter atmosphere makes it especially appealing for families who want to enjoy Orlando's attractions while having a relaxing place to return to at the end of the day.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this home especially memorable is the backyard setting. Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's pool area, you'll have no rear neighbors and peaceful conservation views behind your own private south-facing pool. It's an inviting place to spend a sunny Florida afternoon swimming, relax beneath the covered lanai, or come home after Disney and enjoy a quieter evening surrounded by the natural setting.

The fun continues inside with a private game room where families can turn downtime into a pool or foosball tournament. An additional upstairs loft gives larger groups another place to spread out, watch TV, and relax, so there's plenty to enjoy at the house even when you aren't visiting the theme parks.

Golfers get another major reason to choose this home: Providence's 18-hole championship golf course is located right within the community and is open to the public. Add in the resort pool and waterslide, tennis courts, walking and biking trails, and a location approximately 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, and this home offers a combination that's difficult to find—backyard privacy, conservation views, a south-facing private pool, family entertainment, resort recreation, and championship golf all in one vacation.
