No Way, No How!
The house itself was not bad, but it was not ready to be listed. The pool looked like it was a do it yourself pool with a Liner that didn’t fit. It was wrinkled and cracked in places. Worse, it had a black ring around it at the water level. The outdoor seating had cushions that were disintegrating and unable to be used. The grill was disgusting and unfit to use. Inside, the rugs were worn and curling at the edges. The bedding was stained. We had to wash the sheets just to sleep there. We brought all of this to the property management firm and they offered to refund us, which was nice. Two weeks later and no refund. We had to fight to get our money back.VRBO was great and helped us fight this. If they address these issues and fix what’s wrong, this would be a nice place, but not in its current condition.
