Cozy 2 bedroom cottage, near Stadium.

Unwind in Lincoln at this lovely cottage. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Large, fully fenced, in yard. Furry friends welcome. Relax in the comfortable living space or take a stroll in the nearby area. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our cottage.

Please note: 4% TOT "transient occupancy tax" is required to be collected by the city of Lincoln, after booking of gross total. This will be a separate fee, as VRBO does not have it built into fees but is required by the city. Thank you for your understanding with this. Further information regarding fee:

Everything was great. Check in super smooth, great location, cozy house with lots of nice touches. Huge backyard for my dog and a nice park in walking distance. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

You always feel welcome at this cottage. it is in a great location, well-stocked, perfect yard for dogs and dogs are certainly pampered by the host. We love staying here with our two pups.
Love the fenced back yard and a great grill, etc.

The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. The house was clean and had everything we needed and then some. They took the time to make sure the little things were available such as extra toothbrushes, Motrin, a first aide kit, dog bowls, and dog snacks. The owners were very responsive and the check-in and check out was very easy. Will definitely stay again.

Great little cottage in a very central location. Lots of nice touches from the host, who is also easy to communicate with. There is not a washer/dryer, which isn't the hosts fault I just didn't read the listing carefully when booking so that was a surprise. But there's a nice laundromat within a 2 minute drive so that was no issue. Overall a good place to stay, very cozy.

Property true to listing. Close to university stadiums. We stayed just 2 nights but enjoyed the coziness and amenities of the home. Communication with the host was seamless, they were very appreciative of feedback and accommodating to requests for a 2 hour early check in! If we are in Lincoln would stay again!

We had a great time visiting our daughters. Very convenient to downtown and UNL. We appreciated the ability to bring our dogs and they loved the fenced in back yard. The driveway is situated right before/after the crest of a hill, so be careful. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great place to stay. We went to Nebraska game and it was only a couple miles from campus. The house had everything we needed and our two little dogs loved the backyard.True to its name it was a Cozy Cottage and felt at home. It was very clean and even though we didn't cook, the kitchen was nice to have and well stocked with anything you would need.

Neat and clean, great yard for pets, super grill and house supplies. Close the the Haymarket and University. Going back in a few months and thankful we found this home to visit our new grandchild! Love it and a fabulous responsive host.
