Centrally located making it easy for daily adventures both East and Westbound. Gated community in a very rural area. The home is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen was stocked with only the bare minimum. It lacked a few essentials such as a water kettle, toaster, and or can opener. The balcony is perfect for meals and drying towels and beach wear. We were very appreciative for the cooler, chairs, and wake boards that were available for our use! We thoroughly enjoyed every day spent at CostaMar!

Great family stay

Great family stay & easy access to East Puerto Rico attractions. Clean rooms. Good beds. 3 TVs (1 in each room) . 5G Hot Spot internet was good for Netflix streaming. Basic kitchen utensils available. Good Glass top range. In-house Washer & Dryer. Around 40 min from San Juan Airport. Scenic beach road leads to Loiza from San Juan airport.Calm, clean gated community along beach offers secure stay in this not so upscale neighbourhood. Surrounded by many other beach resorts. 2 pools!!Responsive & informative host. Clear check-in instructions. Easy check in. Assigned parking spot. This unit is closer to parking & main entrance. Security was available when we arrived late in the evening. Security was courteous & came with us to show us the parking spot & lockbox. While security in morning shift understood English, the security in the evening shift wasn't speaking English. But yet we were able to communicate with him & verify our names as in check-in form (Host sends it over to security ahead of stay) .Locked doors & Keyed entry into building adds further security.All rooms have A/C & fans. Lights & Fans got remotes.Beach is few blocks away. Looks like Sea erosion shrunk beach size.It's better to drive into Costamar Beach Village from PR-187 through road adjacent to Mega Fresh store which is wider rather than Calle El Charlie road (narrow in parts). Watch out for speed bumps / potholes. It's in all sizes & many times without any markings in Puerto Rico.

It was our first time on the island and we wanted to stay in a neighborhood which is where this is located. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. It came with beach towels, chairs, and other water things. We also left the things we purchased. The A/C worked very well. The iguanas and coquis added to the nature. The beds were firm, which had mixed reviews from the others in my party. The beach is, for the most part, private. The people staying at the property really only have access. The grounds and pool area were very nicely taken care of. We were close to Piñones beach, Luquillo beach as well as El Yunque Rainforest. Highly recommend going to all 3. The only "issue" was the wifi was not the greatest. After a few days of trying to get it to work, we were given login info for a neighbor's wifi.
