Michael and his group were great guests. Everything was left in great condition. Could not have been happier with the outcome of their stay. Michael is a man of few words but the communication was accomplished. 😉

We lived the location in down town Windsor. A beautiful old style Main Street walking distance to the lake, which we enjoyed multiple walks around it.The various restaurants in walking distance were also greatly enjoyed by us.With friends and family in the area it was a great central location to drive from.

Carl and his family were really great guests. They put new trash liners in the trash cans, took trash out, left on-site laundry in laundry room, did all of the dishes and put away. These folks are the cream of the crop as guests. They were very generous in their comments, even wrote an extra nice note. We were blessed by their presence. We would have them back in a heart beat.

Great place to visit

We stayed for 4 nights and this is a great location in Windsor. 1 block from the lake and walk to restaurants and bars. 1 hr from Denver and Boulder if you’re heading that direction. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from CSU and it was the perfect location

An older apartment that has been completely remodeled and beautifully furnished and decorated. Handy to downtown businesses and the lake, very nice neighborhood for shady walks. There is traffic noise during the day but it's quiet at night.

This was my second time staying here. Cynthia is an attentive, welcoming host. Everything is thought of and addressed. Kitchen is well stocked....including coffee needs. Bed is very comfortable. Good shower. The location is great - right in the middle of downtown Windsor - walking to great shops, restaurants, and the lake/pavilion area.

My son locked our bedroom door and we were locked out at 11:30 12 o’clock at night called the hostess and she came out of her night and came around to a 20 minute driving and opened it for us and we think you’re very polite and kind for that. Thank you

I am a NE native and CO transplant. I have been in Real Estate investing for over 30 yrs. I get my enjoyment by refurbishing old worn-out properties, camping, crafting and painting.
I enjoy hosting short-term-rentals because it brings in interesting people and provides a comfortable place away from home. We have hosted really great guests and feel very blessed by them.
We would love to be part of your Northern Colorado experience.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property is unique because it is centrally located to so many great things to do and see. If anyone is in the medical field we are smack in the middle of multiple medical facilities. If sports is your focus this is a great place to stay while participating or watching competitive games.
If education is your goal, there are two excellent Jr colleges and two superior Universities close by.
We would be honored to be a part of your experience.
