This memorable studio is the perfect getaway for your trip to Clearlake Oaks over looking the Lake with the Amazing View of Mt Konocti.
Built in the 1960's, Old School feel, with Vintage and Retro Interior, Record player and Games!
Close to Wineries, Restaurants, boat launch parks , Hiking and soo much more!!!
There is a two Person Cool Tub on the Patio during the Hot Weather , and ice tub all year around (Bring Bags of Ice) and a BBQ outside for Grilling!
There is Private Parking with a gate that can be closed for more privacy!
The Space is the size of a Motel Room, and a Laundry room on Premises !
Note: Sorry, No Dogs due to wild Turkeys that graze in the yard every day.
Guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The property also offers essential amenities like heating, AC, Ice Tub, Cool Tub during Summer and WiFi to ensure a comfortable stay. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our studio.

Off the Beaten path, up a couple blocks from HWY 20, We chose this Mid Century House and Guesthouse for the Amazing Mt Konocti and Lake View!! It's Rural, Quiet and Private! Turkey's have come to Visit every year, Bringing their Chicks for a safe place to Chill!

The View and Turkey's have come to Visit every year, Bringing their Chicks for a safe place to Chill! The Water Sports and Sail Boats can be enjoyed from the View as well! There is a Cool Tub for 2 in the Summer and an Ice Tub all year around! (Pick up bags of ICE and the Local Stores)
