About this space: Escape to Harbor Island - Your dream beach condo awaits! Imagine yourself in a stunning beach house ocean villa nestled within a gated community, boasting three miles of serene, unspoiled coastline. Perfect for relaxation and adventure, this getaway offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic and vibrant sunrises from the kitchen, living room, and screened-in porch. Just steps away from the dunes, beach, pool, and other island amenities, your ultimate beach escape is right here.
Elevator: While this building is equipped with an elevator for your convenience, the building is NOT handicap accessible. There are 10 steps leading up to the ground level to access the elevator.
Our beach house ocean villa is a charming one bedroom end unit condo on the second floor, fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you re seeking a solo retreat, a getaway with a friend, or a romantic weekend by the beach, this condo is your perfect
sanctuary.
Bedroom: Enjoy a luxurious king-size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, an attached full bathroom, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. Let the ocean breeze flow through the window, filling the room with light and tranquility.
Living Room: Relax on the sofa, which converts into a queen-size pullout bed, perfect for additional guests.
Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the gadgets, utensils, and cookware you need. Enjoy your morning coffee from the standard coffee maker or Keurig machine on the peaceful screened-in porch, watching the sun rise over the water.
Amenities: Laundry is conveniently located at the end of the hall. Offering two washers and two dryers on each floor of the condo building. Free to use. Please note: These are shared washers and dryers and are NOT located inside of the condo. You will need to bring your own laundry detergent and dryer sheets as these are not provided.
Entertainment: Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom for streaming your favorite shows and movies.
Beach Gear: 3 backpack beach chairs provided for your convenience. Bring your bikes or rent them from the nearby Turtles Nest gift shop to explore the island.
