My wife and I stayed here with a few of our friends as our home base for our first time in the city. This place was adorable, spacious, clean, and within walking distances of markets and a short ride from the train station. We absolutely would love to stay here again next time we come to the east coast!

Advertising a garage but they dont tell you it's an extra fee to use it! There were ants in the kitchen! Trash on the floor in the kitchen, microwave dirty and the washer/dryer machine is still broken. When I reached out to the manager I was told someone could come out to fix but these items should have been taken care before we checked in. I did not feel comfortable staying, especially with ants, could not cook there!! Requested money back was not approved! Very disappointed experience, will never do it again!!

Thank you for your review. We are always thorough to handle any issues addressed. We regret that we did not have the opportunity to do so. As mentioned, the guests that checked out the same day as your check in had a kids party and we would have gladly had the property manager handle it, but you declined. The garage parking is always available. This could have been a discussion as we tried to, however not being understanding is a choice. The washing machine was working and there are additional washers & dryers on the property. We are just a message away from solutions, and hope to be able to resolve any concerns of our guests in the future.

Really impressed with the stay. A little disappointed the washer didn’t work, couldn’t wash towels to reuse for the days we stayed. It was just enough for each person to use one towel each for the entire stay. Other than that everything was great.

Conditions were deplorable. I've seen crack dens that are better than this supposed vacation rental. From the shoddy construction to the old peeling paint, nicely pre-kicked in door, and dangerous flooring, and that's just the start.

You’re entirely ridiculous for his comment and it’s reflective of your character, not the space. We like to welcome warm ppl that respect people’s homes, who are kind and appreciate of someone opening their homes up for travelers. It wasn’t a good fit, best of luck elsewhere.
