A quiet retreat outside of Nassau

Very clean and tidy apartment - perfect for a weekend home base while we explored the area. Air conditioners in the bedrooms and main living space kept us comfortable and cool in the summer heat. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment had plenty of linens and towels as well as kitchen cooking supplies for our stay. Anthony was a kind and responsive host. Check in and check out process was also seamless.

The place was super nice, location was in a quiet, gated neighbourhood. The only problem we had was with a few inconveniences… there was a coffee maker with no coffee filters, dishwasher with no soap tabs, laundry machine with nothing to do laundry with, etc. This would have been good to know in advance as there isn’t really anywhere close to buy these things. We tried walking to the beach on day one and quickly discovered it wasn’t very accessible on foot, so we recommend getting a taxi or a bus in and out of the neighbourhood. There weren’t any blankets for the pullout bed when we arrived, so we had to bunk up for the night - but they were thankfully delivered the next day. Other than that, the air conditioning was great, everything was clean, Anthony was quick to respond to any questions, and we really enjoyed our stay.
