Guests have access to the entire property, except for the master bedroom on the first floor and the pantry in the kitchen area.

Trash Disposal: Please place trash in the brown “Bear Shed” near the end of the driveway. Trash day is Monday morning—make sure to put the recycle bin out and bring it back in once emptied. If you have more trash than the bins can hold, you can take it to the Waste Management Incline Village Transfer Station at 1076 Tahoe Blvd, Incline Village, NV 89451.

Parking: Please be sure to park only one car in the two-car garage, as backing down the driveway can be challenging with two vehicles parked inside.

Streaming Services: Please log out of any TV streaming accounts you may have used during your stay.
