Great location

Our family had a nice stay. We loved the location, lots of dining choices in Incline and we were a short drive to skiing at Mt. Rose.

Great Ski Getaway for Family!

This was the perfect property for our family ski getaway. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The condo was the perfect size. Communications with the host was great. The place was easy to find and we were able to check in early. Check-in was super smooth. The condo itself was wonderful. It was super clean and very nicely furnished. The kitchen was very modern and well-stocked. We were also able to take advantage of the hot tub and sauna at the condo association common facilities just literally a few steps away. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely come back again!

Great Location, but lower expectations for a summer stay

The location here is fantastic, absolutely spot-on.That said, this property is equipped for winter, not summer. It was extremely hot, and sleeping was tough even with fans. The heavy, low-quality sheets were no help. The unit itself needs some love, and the beach gear has seen better days. Finally, host communication made me feel like an inconvenience, check out is at 11, but they asked us to leave at 10.If you are getting passes for the private beach make sure you specify if there are kids on your group, I was overcharged.Avoid for summer stays

Caro We are surprised by your comments as we responded to each and every request you had including giving you private beach passes which are very hard to get. We have brand new high quality sheets and brand new beach accessories. Like most places in the complex there is no air conditioning and we make that clear in the listing. As far as communication we responded to you quickly and met your needs as you requested so if you needed anything else we certainly where not made aware. Feeling a bit blindsided by this review as you did not mention any of this to us while you where staying. However, we will try to glean some constructive criticism from this but some of what you said is just not true so we are a little confused as how to proceed.

Fantastic!

This condo did not overlook any small details and was very clean. Parking was simple, the condo itself took a while to find but easy once located. The living space was plenty roomy and had a speaker and Apple TV. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfy. I loved the finishes all around. The hot tub and sauna were fully functional and easy to use. One small piece of feedback would be to add hooks or a way to hang wet towels. I would absolutely stay here again.

Super clean and convenient

Loved the condo which is well-located in Incline village in between the lake and the main grocery store. Skiing at Diamond Peak is just a short drive. The condo is super clean and comfortably stylish- nicer than the pictures! The beds were comfy and the kitchen well-stocked with a great gas range and pots/pans. There is a fireplace as well. The only caveat to mention is the clubhouse which has a hot tub, games, and ping pong are only open 4-8pm and closed on Thursdays. That leads to some crowded times in the hot tub and for better or worse the facilities staff person we came across reliably sought to enforce the 8 person tub limit.

My husband and I stayed for a week with our adult children and their spouses. It was a lot of people for a small space, but the design of the condo really let it work. The kitchen was well planned with a great stove and roomy fridge. Lots of matching, nice dishes. A marble counter between kitchen & DR acted as a workspace and buffet. Beds were very comfortable. Fireplace was nice with some wood provided, thanks! Kids loved the very close game room, hot tub & sauna. Management was great about not chasing them out at 8. Thank you!!! The lake & park was a comfortable walk away for sunsets every night, and the ski area was close. Also great restaurants very close! We had a delightful time.

We remodeled the whole townhome into a unique blend of modern and rustic which we think is perfect blend. The location is spectacular close to so many things we rarely drive.
