The Space:

Set in the lively neighborhood of Ñuñoa, this charming studio offers a tranquil retreat amidst urban excitement. Relax in the comfortable living area or cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. After a day of exploration, take a dip in the building’s pool or recharge in the sleek, modern bathroom. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or friends, this studio provides a convenient and comfortable base for soaking up the energy of Ñuñoa.



The pool is open to residents from November 15th to March 15th, daily between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Please adhere to the established rules to help maintain a safe and pleasant experience for everyone.

Metro: The Santiago Metro is one of the most efficient ways to get around the city. The metro operates from 6 AM to 11 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 11 PM on weekends and holidays.

Buses: Santiago’s bus system, known as RED Transantiago, complements the metro network. The buses run frequently, and you can use the same Bip! card for both metro and buses.
