Hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood, close to white sand beaches with quick access to Downtown Jacksonville. Enjoy a renovated 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home with an additional sleeper sofa in the living room. Fully equipped spacious kitchen with new appliances will make meals a breeze. Relax in a private, enclosed, back yard with mature foliage.
Your stay will be enhanced with private washer and dry, central air conditioning and off-street parking for two vehicles.
Beach vibes through out property- Smart TVs in every bedroom and 65" in the living room.
-Streaming is available through the Guest's accounts
-Washer and Dryer are Front load units.
-Folding table and chairs for 4 people stored in laundry room, for increased seating in Kitchen.
-Beach towels supplied to help reduce the head ache of packing extra materials for vacation!
- 14 Foot 10 stimp putting green and corn hole in back yard
