Equipped with all the essentials for preparing a delicious meal including cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishwater and flatware.
You may also enjoy your perfect cup of coffee stocked with complimentary K cups.
An adjacent work space is located next to the kitchen for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a King bed with a 55” Roku smart flatscreen TV that features all popular streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney ect… and an ample closet with hangers.
Across the hallway is a beautifully designed and fully renovated private bathroom with a walk in shower to offer a tranquil retreat.

Laundry Room
Feel free to use our washer and dryer located on the main hallway.

This amazing condo sleeps 4 guests in total including the sleeper sofa.
Free WiFi and drop box entry, complimentary toiletries hair dryer, hangers, iron board, linens, towels, trash bags, paper towels, dish soaps, sponges, detergent and everything that you need for your convenience.

Guest Access
To access the property we will provide the lock box code 24 hours prior to check in. Guest’s will have full access to the Resort’s amenities including pools, bar, restaurant and tennis courts.

Other things to note:
-There is plenty of parking on premises. guests will need a temporary parking permit which will be issued upon arrival.
-A guest registration form will be sent out via email after booking.
-A second vehicle will be subject to an additional $25 parking permit fee.
-Pick up trucks,motorcycles, boats and trailers are not allowed on the property.
-Trucks are alllwed 1/2 ton or less nothing lifted or extended.
- No unauthorized guests then those listed upon booking, should you wish to have another guest visit it must be communicated with the host and pre-approved.
-Please contact us prior to booking with pets. Deposit fee and extra cleaning fee
will be required for dogs under 20lbs only. No cats.
- No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
- No smoking
- We have a minimum age requirement of 27 years old to be able to book the property.
