The Hummingbird Villa is the perfect choice for families, friends, couples, or co-workers traveling together who want a spacious and luxurious home. This minimalist stand-alone villa sits within a fenced yard in a quiet residential neighborhood. Amenities are only 5 to 15 minutes away, and the airport is conveniently just 10 minutes from your doorstep. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also fitted with ceiling fans in every room for added comfort.
The villa features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Every room is furnished with a television, ample closet space, air-conditioning, and ceiling fans to ensure your comfort. We have invested in soft, high-quality bedding, as we take pride in making sure our guests enjoy the best rest possible.
The large living area invites you to relax with its spacious sectional sofa, designed for comfort and perfect for reclining. Movie nights and game nights are a delight on the impressive 75-inch flat screen television. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all the tools, crockery, and utensils needed for any chef to prepare a delicious meal. Right beside it, the large dining table seats six to seven people—ideal for sharing those creations. After all, what is the point of a chef’s masterpiece if there is no grand table to show it off on?
For added convenience, there is a dedicated office with a nearby powder room. Guests can stay connected with reliable Wi-Fi plus a backup internet service. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available. Just five minutes on foot brings you to the Cedar Valley Golf Course, which features a full 18 holes, ponds, and trails suitable for walking or jogging. Guests can try their hand on the eighteenth hole or simply enjoy the open grounds. You might even see me there on my afternoon walks.
The villa’s location allows you to enjoy a quiet residential setting, while at the same time, shopping, dining, and beaches are all within a short 5 to 15 minutes’ drive. It gives you the best of both worlds—calm at home and convenience close by.
