This property was perfect. It was very clean and updated. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels available. The host always communicated immediately and was very friendly. Perfect location for attending an event at UCA.

The home is very spacious, extremely clean, comfortable! Beds slept great, plenty of hot water. Quiet neighborhood. Only real inconvenience was the house number was not visible at night and our gps said we arrived 2 houses down. Found several roofing nails on carport that we picked up. Very large back yard but not completely secured. Not a big deal for us but children would need to be monitored. Convenient to UCA and food/grocery. Kitchen table sits 4 but there is an island with a couple/few of stools Outdoor sitting good if not raining or too hot. Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful, immaculate, well appointed property. Very comfortable furnishings. Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located. Host Jody was prompt & kind in our communications. Highly recommend!

Overall great place! We were traveling with family and pets! We had kids ages 2 through 72 couples and our dog!Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen! Lovely back yard fenced for pets. Please note there is a small opening in the carport to allow you to access the back yard! Host alerted us of this and I brought our large folding baby gate! Our dog loved the big yard and we enjoyed the patio time!Large family room with comfortable furniture! Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and extra bedding!If you like really fluffy pillows , you might consider bringing your own. I use 2 large feather pillows at home so 1 more pillow would have been better for me, but probably not necessary for most people. The host was very polite, responsive and made our stay wonderful!Centrally located in a nice quiet neighborhood! Made our down time really nice! Throughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay there on our next trip!Thank you for a great experience!
