Was a risk due to no VRBO reviews but since it was rated 10 from outside sources I took a chance. Noisiest place I've ever stayed. Promised a very low credit of 20 due to loss of hot water but never received. After this stay definitely deserved more of a refund. As basic as it gets. No cutting board, only one sharp knife, chipped mugs, no keurig, bring your own filters, No exhaust fan over stove. Second bedroom no room to walk around bed. Lists 2 queen beds in each room but only 1. No desk. After not parking in front of any of the 8 garages and no parking signs posted for permanent residents, maybe 1 spot, 2 at most when not flooded, for VRBO cars, not enough. Quiet time posted 10pm-7am, but doesn't apply to permanent residents. Noise till 2 am & starting at 4:00 am most days. No soundproofing or even attempt, holes in floor, air conditioner in bedroom is noise level of open window at busy parking area/walk thru for permanent residents. Barking/howling dog lives upstairs, constant noise from many doors slamming & residents going in/out frequently all day & evening. No ice maker, no available plug for phone in master. Short term people are an afterthought.
