A bit disappointed

Apartment was cute but fairly small. The house is old so somethings didn't work properly and should have some attention payed to them. We wanted to open the windows and there were screens in some and not in others so the bugs came in and than the windows were hard to close. The quality of kitchen items were very poor so coming was difficult. The shower faucet leaked badly and the toilet seat was so flimsy. The apartment was right on the main road so there was a lot of exterior noise. If not for the ac unit that didn't work so well, we never would have fallen asleep. We brought our 2 dogs and there was no mention of a pet fee per animal until we booked. It was bothersome the first day, a neighbor told us there was an aggressive dog in the building that had attacked her dog and to keep away if we saw them. Coty was responsive when I messaged him and took care of any questions. Overall though, it suited the needs of my husband and I while we visited family and friends. fallen asleep. on the main road so

Clean and Convenient

This was perfect for my stay while visiting family in Milford. The spotlessly clean apartment is spacious. Coty was super with communication and responsive to any and all of my requests. It was great to have a designated parking spot. All the basics were provided and the bed was comfortable. The building itself shows signs of wear. The apartment is conveniently located and an easy walk to the Oval and the park. It is however, on a busy street and there is traffic noise, but I got used to it. Overall it was much more convenient and practical than staying at a hotel in Nashua.

Great place for a short getaway

A nice place to stay while exploring local antique shops and the German Christmas Market. Conveniently located with many dinning options and welcoming hosts.

Toilet

The second day the toilet over flow in to the tub, there was 💩 everywhere, I had to go to my moms celebration of life and I couldn’t even take a shower! So disappointing!!

Escape

The property is an apartment in an old Victorian home. It provided an escape from my daughter’s world of cats, dogs, horses, and small children. I was grateful to sleep there for the month after busy days being grandma to a new baby with two small siblings. It was perfect as a place to sleep. I regret not having an opportunity to experience the cute shops and restaurants in Milford. The linens were very basic and I borrowed from my daughter. The shower/tub needs work but the water pressure was very good. The apartment was clean. The bed was quite firm which I liked. The apartment did have a plumbing issue with the drains in the kitchen and bathtub. It would have been a big problem if I had been cooking there. Hopefully they corrected the problem after I left. The manager and landlord were trying to get a plumber lined up. The manager was very responsive to my needs.

Relaxing weekend!

I had originally reserved a different unit in this building, but there was a scheduling conflict between myself and another customer. The property manager was quick to let me know, offered me this unit instead, and assisted with refunding my original payment. The apartment itself is spotless and beautifully decorated. It's located very close to the town square, with a lot of great restaurants and shops. Parking is very easy and was located close to the entrance. The property manager was very quick to respond to messages and made the check in/out process a breeze. I would certainly rent again!

Cute little place

Great location to visit my Daughter! It's very close to the Oval. It was also comfortable and cozy. I really appreciated the yoga mat which was available, since I didn't bring mine.

Milford Stay

Very clean...easy check in. Nicely decorated. Considering it was on a street with high traffic, it was pretty quite. WiFi service was good. Only suggestions are a larger Keurig and maybe a small coffee table in the living room. I would definitely stay there again.

Month-long Home away from Home

This little flat became a comfortable home away from home during my month-long stay in NH. While other colleagues were staying in un-air conditioned campus dorms, I came back each sultry July evening to blessed AC, a full kitchen, my own bathroom, and a queen sized bed. The unit did have some issues, as any 90+yr home is likely to, but both the on-site property manager and the property owner were promptly responsive and helpful attending to and resolving the inconveniences (both are friendly and easy to talk with). They also offered reasonably priced extended stay cleaning services. The location was perfect for my stay, less than 15 minute car commute to my daily workplace and a short walk to The Oval, a lively, spirited New England town center with eclectic shops, friendly bars, and good, locally-sourced dining. I even watched 4th of July fireworks on the back porch taking place in the athletic field behind the property. I would be happy to stay here again in the the future.

Inaccurate listing

Rented as 2 bedroom only had 1. Advertise pictures of a pool which was not there, and washer and dryer were not in apt, but coin opp in basement. Tub filled with water and didn't drain while showering, futon was broken. Home was clean. Care giver was helpful and kind.

Adorable Victorian Apartment

This was such a lovely space, close to The Oval and other amenities, including a park! We enjoyed spending time on the back deck, listening to the creek and feeling like we were snuggled by trees. The inside was perfect for two, with enough space to stretch out a little as well! We would definitely stay here again!

Quaint and lovely - beautiful view from back deck

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this cute and efficient apartment within a larger Victorian home. The fans were much appreciated in the warmer weather. The view from the back deck was very relaxing and we also enjoyed walking in the park just beyond the creek. It’s close to The Oval and all it has to offer. We would definitely stay there agin!

The worst experience we've had in years.

This property was advertised on vrbo as a 2 bedroom dog friendly apartment with air conditioning. The only part of that that's true is that it's dog friendly. It's a 1 bedroom apartment without air conditioning. When pointed out to the owner his response was "nobody ever complained before". He the changed his listing to a 1 bedroom. Had it been accurate in the first place we never would have rented it. We left after 20 minutes. Owner is refusing to give full refund so we have initiated a complaint with vrbo

Nice older home

We arrived in the afternoon, the unit was very clean. There was a basket with some snacks on the kitchen table which was nice as we were a little hungry. There is a Rite Aid at walking distance to the property so that was convenient. There is good wife which was also good as I needed to do some work. The house is near a main road so in the morning you will hear a little traffic. I would stay here again.
