- No Smoking, Vaping, or 420 inside of home. -Any Evidence of smoking (Ex: odor and/ or cigarette butts/ joints) will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee CLEANING -Guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Any trash needs to be thrown away in the dumpster in the back alley. -Any excessive dirty garbage/ conditions as deemed by cleaners will result in an additional fee of $100. PETS - No Pets Allowed - Guests who violate this request will be subject to $150 charge EVENTS/ PARTIES/ QUIET HOURS - No Parties - QUIET HOURS- Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am - No loud music allowed at any time. SAFETY - Please make sure house is locked when leaving the property THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS -Third Party Bookings are not permitted and will be cancelled without refund if the booking guest is not present for the stay DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS (We understand accidents happen) -If something is damaged or broken you must inform the host immediately. -The same rules apply if items stop working correctly or becomes unusable. (Notify the Host ASAP) LATE CHECK-OUT - Any late Check out, (After 11 AM) without prior approval from host, will result in a late check out fee of $100 - If your check-out passes the 2 hour mark without approval, you will be charged an additional day at the base rate. This DOES NOT mean you can stay in the property for an additional day. The charge is a penalty because our cleaning team is being held up from doing their job to get it ready for the next guest on time. -Stays longer than 21 days are available upon approval from Host. The extended stay does require a lease agreement to be signed.
