We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.



Centennial is located south of Denver and is known for its picturesque hills, valleys and recreational trails including Dry Creek Dam, DeKoevend Park, Highline Canal Trail, Willow Creek Trail and the Big & Little Dry Creek Trails. Soft light drifts over Centennial’s quiet hills as you settle into this peaceful Colorado retreat - two private homes just 0.7 miles apart, offering room to gather, rest, and reconnect. On crisp late autumn mornings, enjoy coffee on the patio as golden leaves rustle nearby, then spend evenings sharing stories by the fire pit beneath the chilly mountain air. Whether visiting family or exploring Denver’s nearby sights, you’ll find comfort and connection in every space.

Sleeping arrangements
Together, the two homes accommodate up to 16 guests across 10 bedrooms and 11 beds. Home 1 features four king beds and one queen, while Home 2 offers four king beds, one queen, and one twin. Each bedroom includes soft bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. Five full bathrooms come stocked with bathroom essentials and hot water, including one with a tub/shower combination.

Indoor comfort
Both homes feature open-plan living areas where you can unwind with a movie on the TV or gather for dinner at the dining table. Two fully equipped kitchens make meal preparation easy, each offering a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics. Washer and dryer units, along with heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans, ensure your stay feels just like home. Families will appreciate thoughtful touches like a pack ’n play, high chair, and babysitter recommendations.

Entertainment and relaxation
Each home includes a game room with board games and cozy seating - ideal for evenings indoors when the Colorado air turns cool. Stream your favorite shows, enjoy a friendly round of foosball or darts, or simply relax with your group in the inviting shared spaces.

The Streets at Southglenn are only minutes away, with Park Meadows Mall and the Denver Tech Center within easy reach. Downtown Denver is roughly 20 minutes by car, making it simple to explore city attractions before returning to quiet comfort.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden and will result in a fine no less than $500.
All fireplaces are decorative only, and currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
