Perfect place for a weekend in Austin with my dogs. Great location in a nice neighborhood. House was well appointed and had everything we needed. Communication with host was excellent.

Great house, great location. In top shape with lots of room for gatherings. Only issue we had was the access and check out instructions never came, so we had to reach out to VRBO support. Host sent personal cell to make sure we could reach them after that.

Great House for a family in North Austin

I live in Austin but had to move out of our house with my husband, 3 year old and dog for a month due to repairs being done. This house absolutely saved us from what could have been a terrible month away from home. It was exactly as described in the listing, very clean and well maintained and had everything you could need for an extended stay with a small child. All of the rooms were spacious and had all the listed amenities and then some.The one and only issue we had was that they don't spray for mosquitoes and the backyard was swarming with them. That is a big issue in Austin and I wish the owners had the property protected because my daughter was obsessed with the backyard and the trampoline but the first time we went outside to use it, she was eaten up by mosquitoes even with bug lotion on, so after the first weekend we really couldn't enjoy the outdoor space at all which was a bummer.Otherwise, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for the month and it made being away from our own home for that long a great experience.
