We’re glad you enjoyed the home, found it clean, and felt it matched the listing photos. We would like to clarify that the pool heater is a seasonal amenity offered during winter months, as stated in the listing. During your stay, only the spa heater was in use. Once the spa issue was reported, we still had a technician activate the pool heater as a courtesy to help make up for the temporary spa issue. The spa heater was restored after being reported. The spa jets required an additional replacement part that unfortunately did not arrive in Marathon until Friday evening, which is why the repair was completed Saturday after checkout. Marathon is located approximately two hours from Miami, the closest major city with pool and appliance part suppliers, so replacement parts are not always immediately accessible. Regarding the dishwasher, the issue occurred the night before checkout. After being notified about the beeping affecting your sleep, we sent a technician out the same evening to stop the noise. The following day, on checkout day, the technician returned with the necessary replacement part and completed the repair. Our welcoming setup also includes two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and two rolls of paper towels per kitchen for each reservation. While we understand the frustration, the requested refund related primarily to seasonal amenities not included during this time of year. We still made every effort to respond promptly and effectively.
