The location was prime, the neighborhood was lovely with wonderful views. The cottage/house was very spacious for 2 people, the 2 bedrooms had 2 king beds which were very comfortable. The owner- Summer was very communicative and shared much info of all the wonderful activities and places to see in beautiful Kanab and beyond.

I am originally from SLC, Utah. I have lived in Orlando, FL, Laie, HI and now Southern Utah! I am a single Mom and very much enjoy hosting our guests! I love to trail run, ride my dirt bike, take the side by side out on the trails, backpack for days on end, run the river and rappel! I am happy to share my paradise with others.

I love the neighborhood we live in because it has spectacular views of the red cliffs and is extremely quiet and private. It's a short 5 minute drive into town to the grocery store, local restaurants and gift shops! It is the perfect spot.

This property has a one of kind view of the "K Hill". The back porch is the perfect spot to start your day to a soft sunrise over the red cliffs with a good cup of coffee or end it with a beautiful glass of wine with the picturesque scenery. I often find myself stopping while I'm doing the dishes as my breath is taken away at the view I see out my window. I often say to my children that our view looks like a painting! We chose to live in this quaint little town because of the safety, close National Parks, kind people and the largest playground in Utah!
