Excellent for all groups

We had seven executives flying from around the country for a multi-day retreat, mixing work with fun activities on and off site. This location and set up for the bill better than expected. Privacy at the end of the road, zero noise, water, pool/ every man activity you can think of- this place has. Golf was 15 min away and perfect for the group. Didn’t have enough time to do all we wanted/ great price for all that’s included. Highly recommend.

The property offers a ton of activities. Some beds in the basement are full size, not queen. The hall bathroom was very worn and the bathroom in the basement had bubbling paint which was falling from the ceiling. Also, you can only have 8 guests on the deck, which is odd while the house holds 16. For the price, the deck should be fixed. Also, ran out of toilet paper the first night. They did deliver some the following day. We also ran out of trash bags, foil and paper towels. The pics show the bathroom issues. Again, easy fixes for the ! The ceiling fans were full of dust. Needs to be addressed with the cleaners. The property is very secluded/private. The pool/slide area is awesome. My granddaughter loved the kids room and the deer running around. My family had a great time. I think if these issues were taken care of, it would be worth the rental fee.
