The property was just as listed. It is very comfortable and good location. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the area, and would use again if I am ever in the area again.

Nice 2BR/1 Bath home that is near to just about everything in Spartanburg. This home is appointed with an L shaped love seat/lounger, a rocker, and a huge tv in the living room, a 6 seat dinette, well equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Check in/out was a breeze. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. There were only a few minor hiccups at the home but the owner answered within minutes and addressed them all.

Everything was good.. The only problem we had was The AC did not work! We was miserably hot that we couldn't sleep , so we left a day earlier it was 83 degrees inside the house...We purchased a fan and got refunded for it but that was it...Wish it was a better discount for the AC not working...

As soon as we were made aware, we did our best to address the situation, including reimbursing you $100 for the $68 fan you purchased (which you were welcome to keep or return for a full refund).
