Amenities Disclosure
We want you to have the best possible stay, and part of that is knowing what to expect. Please take a moment to review these important notes about the home and the area:
• Water Heaters: The home has multiple water heaters that service different parts of the house. Each is in good working order, but like all standard systems, hot water can be depleted after extended use and will need time to replenish.
• Pests / Bugs: Pottsboro is a rural lake community surrounded by trees, which means bugs can occasionally be a part of life. Our homes receive pest treatment; however, it is not possible to guarantee that you will never see a bug during your stay.
• Air Conditioning: The HVAC units are serviced regularly and function properly; however, rooms with large windows and skylights may not cool as low as other spaces in the home, particularly during peak summer heat.
• Rural Location: Being in a beautiful rural lake community means that the area is quiet and surrounded by nature. At times, power outages can occur due to weather or utility work. These are typically resolved by the local power company within a reasonable timeframe, but they are outside of our control.
