Summary:
Welcome to "The 506", my beautiful newly renovated French Cottage located directly in Old Town! It features 3 bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. There are 1.5 bathrooms, with the full bath boasting a stunning walk-in modern shower.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed wifi, free parking and a charming warm atmosphere! It is a 10 minute walk from the main stores and several of the best wineries. Bike rentals are right across the road!
The Space:
The home was built in the 1890s and has beautiful hand-painted flowers on its outside walls! Completely renovated in 2025, it is a cozy sanctuary with a gorgeous back yard, close to all that NOTL has to offer

We are also just a few blocks from 4 of NOTL locals' favourite restaurants: Garrison House, The Old Winery, Butler's Grill, and The Sand Trap.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home with no shared spaces. It is a bungalow so there are no stairs for easy accessibility!
The Neighborhood:
Avondale convenient store is 1 block away, as well as bike rentals, Tim Hortons, and the best vineyards! You will be just a 2 minute drive to the main strip in Old Town (Queen St)
Other Things to Note:
Access is keyless via my keypad located on the back door. You will be provided all entry instructions near your check in date!
Dryer may have towels / linens in it on your arrival if they have not dried before 4pm. Cleaner will need to leave them running to dry.

The cottage and the host communication were fabulous! The cottage is something out of a magazine. Beautifully decorated and comfortable from one end to another. Everything was spotless, to include the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds, linens and pillows were top of the line! The hist has thought of everything that a guest could need and has provided it. Honestly, everything is exceptional. Dishes, glass wear, utensils, extra blanks, lighting is above and beyond. The gardens are beautiful . All the grounds are so lovely. The outdoor deck and umbrella were perfect. Pictures are beautiful but it’s even better than the lovely pictures. The host is amazing. Response time and clarity have the highest ratings. Don’t hesitate to allow yourself to experience this piece of heaven!!

Absolutely STUNNING
Usually the photos can be deceiving, and they were except the cottage was even more stunning than the photos showed! Beautiful appointed, great location for NOTL. Furnishings comfy, quality, the master bed, OMG! Outdoor space beautifully landscaped, enjoyed a couple bottles of Ontario wines there and cooked on the grill a great dinner. The cottage is everything and more! Highly recommend this property!
