LOWERED PRICE FOR DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY WEEKS - BOOK TODAY. Two golf carts are available for renters to use! Bermuda Bay Home. 5 Bedroom, 4 1/2 Bath Home. 1 King, 3 Queen and 2 Twin beds. Home sleeps 10. Main level has two master bedrooms and both have ensuite bathrooms. First bedroom has a king bed and second bedroom has a queen bed. 1/2 bath is also in the hallway. Third level has one large bedroom with two twin beds. Twin bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. Lower level has two additional bedrooms one has a queen bed and one has a queen bedroom and 1 full bathroom. On the main floor guests can enjoy a spacious living room with plenty of seating and an electric fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot and toaster. Dining room is off of the kitchen and seats 6. Three bar stools are available at the kitchen area. Lower level has a living room, dining room and full kitchen. Main level has washer and dryer. Lower level has a screened in patio to enjoy overlooking pond. Home has 6 smart televisions. Free WIFI. Front porch has furniture to relax after a day at the beach. Back porch is off the living room and comes with furniture and gas grill. Guest can also enjoy a gas firepit located outside the bottom unit but can also be accessed from the side of home. Two golf carts are available for renters to use. They have one six seater and one four seater. Owner also has bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, kids toys, beach wagon and cooler for guests to use. No smoking and No pets allowed. Enjoy this home and all that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor showers and restrooms, indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad, playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, pickleball court, shuffleboard court and two tennis courts. Linens are not included but can be purchased.

Exceeded Expectations

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our extended family vacation at this house. There was plenty of room for our children and grandchildren. There were endless activities (pools, hot tub, gym, volleyball, basketball, beach...) for all to enjoy, easily accessed with the use of the two golf carts. The spacious house was well stocked, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal. we were within 20 minutes to the airport, golf, Murrell's Inlet, the state parks, Broadway at the Beach and all the other attractions in Myrtle Beach. There were numerous restaurants close by. We especially enjoyed the Conch Cafe adjacent to our private beach on several occasions. We would definitely return if we had another large gathering.
