Excellent Vacation Home

The place was very clean. There were towels for the pool/beach as well as plenty of white towels for the inside showers.The air conditioning was perfect. The sliding doors (with locks) were so nice to have in each of the upper bedrooms.Great kitchen with many towels and hot pads. The beautiful living Tarea had a gorgeous leather sofa unit with a huge TV on the wall. There were many nice art pieces on the walls and decorations on the tables and furniture. Really great place.The completely screened in porch with furniture was lovely. We could see the gulf from the front porch. The walk to the beach was only 3 houses and across a street. I walked barefoot. The beach was clean and lovely.There were beach chairs, a great umbrella, a good size wagon (perfect for groceries and beach supplies), and a brand new grill we didn't even use!!! There were a few children beach toys, shovel, pail, diggers.The pool was clean and had lovely furniture around it.There was a great outdoor shower, perfect for cleaning off beach sand.The room under the main home was a mini apartment with a bedroom with a king size bed, a living area with a pull out sofa, a kitchenette, a closet and a large cute bathroom. Plenty of towels. The two splits kept the lower level place very cool.I would definitely stay here again.
