Danielle was a fantastic host! The Glenda was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. She’s very responsive to messages and gave great suggestions for dinner options nearby! The Glenda is a must for a large group staying in the West Des Moines area!

Our family celebrated Christmas at The Glenda this year and it was nothing short of fabulous. From the start of the booking process throughout the stay our host was quick with communication, which was appreciated. The home itself was beautifully appointed and decorated for Christmas! The Glenda left you wanting for nothing from the fantastic coffee bar in the kitchen to the welcome treats and everything under the sun you would need to feel right at home. The amenities in the bathrooms were very thoughtful from ear plugs to eye masks and there were plenty of linens in each closet. Short of being in my own home The Glenda was wonderful home away from home and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

The Glenda is by far the most unique stay I’ve had in many years of traveling, I decided to book a house stay instead of hotel for the weekend and it was such a good choice. If you are hesitant about booking here for any reason, don’t be- it’s worth the money! You will have everything you need to relax, have fun, cook, sleep, watch tv, play games. There is a special touch in every room, you just have to see it for yourself!

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to all types of services. The owner’s attention to details is most impressive. The property is well stocked with extras beyond expectations. The beds are comfortable. All bedrooms require stair access which was not a problem for our party. Danielle is the best hostess: attentive, anticipates the guests needs, responsive, and generous with the quality of her provisions.

This property is absolutely amazing. They thought of every little amenity down to slippers to slip on when you come in the door, face mask, labeled light switches, every imaginable utensil you would need in the kitchen. Very very clean!

The Glenda was the perfect spot for my sisters bachelorette weekend! The house is super fun, cute and clean! There is plenty of room to hang out and enjoy time together. The Glenda is in a perfect location close to many great places in West Des Moines and an easy walk to and from bars in West Des Moines. Danielle was a great host, checked in on us through out the weekend and even messaged me when we forgot an item and got it back to us! I would absolutely recommend the Glenda!
