Heya! We’re Janet and Spenser and we are so happy you read this far down the page. We are obviously not some multi-million corporation...we are real individuals with a growing family. We have owned and lived in this beautiful home for almost 23 years now and put many years of blood, sweat and tears into making this place our personal paradise. We are both natives to the Bay Area, growing up in Marin and Napa counties and now calling San Francisco our temporary home while we pursue our career dreams. We just had our first child at the beginning of August 2023 and we are so excited to be new parents. You are truly helping save for our newest addition by renting our home.
