This apartment was conveniently located and spacious.We were able to gather and move around the city easily.The property manager was accessible and accommodating. We enjoyed the roominess and the great balcony. Thank you, Geoffray for our enjoyable time in Zurich!

We had a pleasant stay in Geoffray's apartment. He contacted us several times and was extremely friendly. The apartment was generally very clean, although the kitchen could have been cleaner. The location of the apartment in Höngg was perfect for us, and the view from the balcony was beautiful! Many thanks to Geoffray for everything!

Quiet apartment in Zurich

My family of 4 had a nice, comfortable stay in the apartment. Very quiet and a clean space. Nice kitchen and great terrace! Would recommend this space, convenient to shops, restaurants and the airport.

Adequate location and amenities. Host very helpful and welcoming. Apartment could use some deep cleaning and general maintenance. Overall a positive experience, just my adult son and I stayed. Easy access to #13 tram to main station.

Short stop in Switzerland

My family and I enjoyed Zurich and Jeff's apartment was the perfect location. It's maybe a mile away from a cute restaurant called Grunewald, which I would recommend. Perfect for families with small kids with a playground next door. An opportunity to hike too. Getting to Zurich by car was easy. Parking was easy. Jeff made check in easy and set up a blowup mattress for the kids as well. Thank you.

This apartment is a no frills place to stay in Zurich, with reasonably convenient access to downtown and ETH. The check-in time (5 pm) is inconvenient, but manageable. Unfortunately even at 5 on the day of our arrival, the place still wasn't quite ready, but Geoffray did apologize for this. The building has laundry facilities, but it is a sign-up system and we never ended up using it. Our favorite thing to do while staying here was to walk down to the river for a swim. I recommend this place for a budget-friendly stay in Zurich.

Good location close to trams, although a bit of a climb to get to the apartment. The balcony was nice to sit out in.Bit of a cleanliness issue (not major), in this apartment, which was addressed with the owner, he was grateful for the information.Washing machine is only available during the week, as it is used on a first come basis and residents have it fully booked on Saturdays. No laundry can be done on a Sunday.BBQ and Freezer was broken by a previous renter and owner stated that he will get those fixed for the future.Excellent communication with the owner.
