Unique very clean 2-bedroom upstairs apartment. Nestled in a great spot in Grandy on Caratoke Hwy 158 just 13 miles from the Outer Banks. This fabulous location offers restaurants, grocery shopping, arcade, service stations and, a great escape for guests. It offers a cozy queen bed in a large bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom, to provide a comfortable space for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathroom features a refreshing shower, with all amenities. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and washing machine & dryer add convenience to your stay. The extra-large kitchen is stocked with everything you might need! Their is plenty of parking and space for trailers and large trucks. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our Treehouse.

This was a super cute house! Tje location was close to food and shopping and 20ish minutes to the ocean side beaches. Pizza place next door was good too

Excellent stay

The hosts were very accommodating. We really enjoyed this location. It was very quiet and restful. Appreciate the hosts lending the DVDs and player when the Internet was initially out.

The check in was easy. The door was open we walked into great smelling well-kept beautiful apartment. it's more beautiful in person. It has everything you need always there was even no polish in there too guess that was for the guest that was a nice touch

Mid week get away!

Location is perfect with gas station, food lion and multiple restaurants near by! The space was extremely clean! Washer and dryer very nice to have when spending days at the beach! Kitchen and bathroom were both stocked well! One night we drove just 4 minutes away to watch the sunset on the water! I believe the restaurant was Barrys 4 minute drive from property! Thanks for having us!!!

owned and operated a restaurant and casino and enjoyed meeting new people. We started Seaberry Creamery and Gifts last year and decided to add an apartment to the empty space upstairs now known as Seaberry Treehouse! Looking forward to your stay with us.

The property does have a very unique inviting interior that makes for a comfortable stay. The front of the building is very colorful and is one of the only short term rental on the major highway 158 going into the Outer Banks.
