This charming 3-bed, 2-bath retreat combines modern comfort with historic charm, offering an ideal stay for your visit to this vibrant area. Walkable to ALL of the downtown shops, restaurants, and attractions, enjoy the perfect blend of convenience and character for your stay in beautiful Leesburg. This home is perfect for those looking to explore this picturesque town and wine country!

Other things to note:
The basement of this property has a shorter ceiling height compared to upstairs. Guests should be careful not to hit their head in certain areas with lower clearance. These areas have been marked with signage.

Awesome spot in Downtown Leesburg, exactly as advertised. We came for a wedding at Birkby House and were able to walk everywhere downtown all weekend.

Welcoming Home with Great Location

Would highly recommend this property for a stay in Leesburg. Great walkable locations to coffee, shops and restaurants. The house was just what we needed and made for a wonderful weekend away.

We really enjoyed our stay in Leesburg at this adorable property! It had everything we needed as a family of 6, the bathroom essentials and kitchen was well stocked. This place is perfect. It is so adorable and clean. Charming outside. Inside space is wonderful and laid out really well. We had everything we needed. Walked to all the shops and restaurants in the historic town district and took a short drive to Middleburg and beautiful wine/brewery country. Hard to believe its such a quick drive outside of DC. A great little get away. Well priced. We loved it.

Property was adorable, clean and in a fantastic location ! So so much right at your doorstep and downtown Leesburg is literally 3 blocks away. But the street is quiet. Host was very responsive. Parking is a bit of a challenge as there is no driveway and street parking is limited. So don’t bring a lot of cars - we had a few as we were there for a wedding but one car would probably have been ok.

Our stay at the Retreat in Historic Downtown Leesburg was very nice. I met my 2 adult children in Leesburg for the funeral of a longtime family friend, so the location was good for that. It was obviously a great place to stay to visit for historic and fun reasons as well, but we didn't have time the time to enjoy that......this trip, but we would happily return for such a treat. The entire house was clean and well furnished. The host was very helpful and accommodating. While parking seemed to be a potential problem at first sight, it turned out NOT to be. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. It would be a treat to be able to return to Leesburg, and especially to stay at Peter's Retreat.....for a more "fun" reason. We'll look forward to the possibility. Thank you Peter and Nicole for your hospitality.

Clean, comfortable & a quick walk to downtown. Great pizza & craft beer right down the block @ FireWorks Pizza. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything you'll need. The only minor issue is no parking on property, but spots available right across the street. We parked next to side door for unpacking/packing.
