Come try what the snowbird lifestyle is all about as you become a guest of the Sun City recreational facilities which include golf, tennis, swimming, pickleball, bowling, gyms, and so much more. Thirty-day minimum say is required and one person in your party must be at least 55 years old. This is a no pet, no smoking home.

Sitting outside under the covered patio or next to the pool is one of my favorite ways to spend my vacation time and I hope you love it too! I have worked hard to provide the necessities of home you may need during your stay and have done my best to make my home comfortable and inviting for all to enjoy.

This home resides in a peaceful 55+ neighborhood and is conveniently located to many restaurants, sporting facilities, and shopping. Hopping onto a nearby freeway is easy for day trips elsewhere in the valley or out of town. Some accessible day trip (or overnight) locations include The Grand Canyon, Tucson, Sedona, Flagstaff, and even Las Vegas. Lots of local activities with 8 Sun City recreational facilities and golf courses are available to access with membership - contact host for more details.

Having a fully fenced back yard and private pool is the key factor that drew me to this property, and I have no doubt you will love it as much as I do. Although the pool is not heated it provides year-round beauty and refreshing recreation when the Arizona sun gets too hot.
This home is conveniently located to P83 shopping and eating facilities and many sporting events including spring training venues, MLB, NFL, and NBA teams.
