2 Houses w/Private Pools! Adjacent Lots!

Two beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom houses with private pools located right next door to each other. Spend your days playing in the pool and soaking up the sun together, but retreat to your own space at the end of the day. Each home can be rented individually, but many families and groups rent both together for the same time period, altogether sleeping up to 17 people comfortably. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Anna Maria Island beaches, IMG Academy, walking trails, parks, shopping, and restaurants!

Both homes are newly updated with coastal decor and guests love the high ceilings and natural light that floods the home. Most of the rooms in each home flow directly to the screened pool/outdoor space. Each home has an electric fireplace, garage game room, washer/dryer, and updated kitchens with granite countertops, full-size stainless appliances, a beverage fridge, and everything you need to cook, bake, and grill. Included for your use are a gas grill, coolers, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys and games. Guests are welcomed to the home with a few samples of local coffee, tea, and hotel-sized toiletries to start your stay. Laundry pods, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper are included. Extra supplies may need to be purchased by guest depending on amount of use/length of stay. Wifi and cable television are included. There is a Roku TV in the living room and primary bedroom of each home.

1. Palma Janoli: Huge lanai and pristine new saltwater pool with a spillover spa and sun ledge, outdoor living and dining space.
- Primary bedroom: king bed, en-suite full bathroom, adjoining office space, Roku TV
- Bedroom 2: queen bed.
- Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds.
- Pullout sofa sleeper in living room.

2. Palma Rosa: Screened pool area with covered outdoor dining and living space with outdoor TV. New pavered pool deck and screened lanai replaced in 2024.
- Primary bedroom: king bed, en-suite full bathroom, Roku TV
- Bedroom 2: King bed, Roku TV.
- Bedroom 3: 1 full, 1 twin, 1 twin trundle.
- Pullout sofa sleeper in living room.

POOL INFORMATION:
- The pools are heated to 80 degrees free of charge. This is an acceptable swimming temperature, but most guests prefer it warmer, and for an additional charge of $50/night we will heat the both pools to 86 degrees and the spa can be manually turned on via a tablet at the property. This fee is charged to keep our nightly rate low for guests who choose not to heat the pool and offset the additional energy costs we incur. It is highly recommended to heat the pool if you plan to swim October-May and to let us know in advance if you would like the pool warmer, as it can take 12-24 hours to warm up and we want to make sure you can enjoy the pool as much as possible!
- In order to maintain the temperature, if you choose to heat the pool, you will be charged and it will be heated for each night of your stay. Cold temperatures may impact the pool heater's ability to maintain the desired temperature. No refunds will be offered due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.
- While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. It may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would.
- Please note that there is not a safety fence or alarms separating the pool from the home, so additional supervision of young children will be required.

**The pet fee is $150 per dog. Dogs must be disclosed at time of booking and up-to-date with all shots and vaccines. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up all pet waste promptly and clean up pet hair and messes inside the home. Pets are not allowed on the bedding, furniture, or in the pool, and should not be left unattended in the home unless kenneled. Undisclosed pets will result in an automatic additional $300 cleaning fee. Additional pet damage or cleaning costs due to not following the above rules will be billed to the guest.

The homes are located in the desirable Palma Sola area of NW Bradenton on a small lake. Our beautiful, quiet, neighborhood of single-family homes is a quick drive to the beach at Anna Maria Island, Robinson Preserve, DeSoto National Memorial Park, golfing, IMG academy, and many other local attractions.

Getting Around:
Having a car is recommended, though there is UBER and LYFT available in the area. There is off-street parking in the driveway of the home. We ask that guests park in the driveway and not the road whenever possible.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to all areas of the home including closets, with the exception of locked owners cabinets/closets at each home.
