Wake up to turquoise sea views at our charming Caribbean Sea View Cottage in serene Valley Church, Antigua. This newly refurbished, self-contained retreat features a cozy bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, fans, and privacy shutters. Enjoy morning coffee on the veranda overlooking the lush garden and the sea. Shops and restaurants are a 2-minute drive away, and Antigua’s best beaches are just a few minutes on foot or by car. A peaceful, well-located escape, with parking included.

Tucked away in the serene coastal community of Valley Church, Sea View Cottage is a charming, self-contained retreat perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Newly refurbished and thoughtfully equipped, it offers comfort, privacy, and stunning turquoise sea views.

Unlike some of the other nearby properties, this cottage is equipped with a backup generator, so you’ll still have electricity when everyone else is in the dark!

Inside, you’ll find:

- A cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and privacy shutters for a cool, restful night’s sleep.

- A bright living room with a pullout couch that converts into a queen bed, comfortably sleeping two additional guests.

- A smart TV for relaxing with your favorite shows or streaming apps.

- A full kitchen stocked with essentials for home-cooked meals.

- A private bathroom with a hot shower. (Please note: water is sourced from a rain-fed cistern, so mindful use is appreciated, although there will be plenty for your stay.)

- A spacious veranda with garden and sea views—ideal for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

- On-site free parking at the top of the private driveway.

- Secure access via a coded gate and key lockbox.

Beautiful cottage, very well maintained and with a wonderful view. Close to a beautiful beach and 5 minutes from Jolly Harbor, where there is a pharmacy and a well-stocked supermarket. Highly recommended!

We were happy to have our host pick us up at the airport as we rented one of their vehicles. Oana and Flo have a fabulous view from their cottage. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings and some dinners with beautiful sun sets. Our hosts were prompt with any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable and we enjoyed fresh mangos from the property. The property is very central to many restaurants and beaches. We would definitely recommend the Caribbean Sea View Cottage!

Flo & Oana were extremely kind and wonderful hosts. First of all, the view! Wow we checked in and we already saw the most beautiful sunset and the property has wonderful views of Valley Church beach and Jolly Harbour. The property was amazing and had so many fruit trees. The cottage itself was perfect! It had everything you needed, a full kitchen with all the supplies to make anything, the bed was comfortable, AC was working great and most of all had great privacy and an unbeatable view of the water. This was truly a one of a kind stay and a wonderful place to be at in Antigua.

The property was lovely…spectacular views, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities you could hope for (air con, kitchenette with everything you need to cook and serve a meal, plenty of hanging space, washing machine and outside line, wifi, parking, etc.).The location is great…and did I mention the views?!? The balcony was a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets of Antigua! The hosts were very welcoming and more than happy to help with any and all questions.All in all, a fabulous stay!

From the time we booked the cottage, the host established communication and was helpful with any concerns we had. There is an option for the host to pick you up from the airport and use their rental car which we took advantage of. He also assisted with getting our driver's permit. The cottage was exactly as pictured with a beautiful view of Jolly beach. It's quiet and serene as it sits on a hill away from the main road. Sea view gets our stamp of approval.

Seaview Cottage

We absolutely loved this place! It was private, secure, and boasts a wonderful ocean view from the patio. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well set up. The host was absolutely fantastic. When we had a slight issue with the gate, they came right away to help us out. The location is ideal, right off a main road and minutes away from several spectacular beaches. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. There are a number of stairs from the parking area up to the cottage so it may not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

Oana and Florent are wonderful! They have a beautiful property tucked on the hillside, overlooking the amazing Antigua waters, and we enjoyed a marvelous week in March on their property. Extremely clean villa, amazing view that is exactly as depicted in photos. Tons of windows allowing the Antigua breeze to flow thru, also air conditioner which we utilized to sleep at night. We chose to rent a vehicle thru the hosts, Oana picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, was stressless and easy! Hosts checked with us before and during our stay to see if there was anything we required (there was not) and provided all the information we required for our stay. (best beaches, restaurants, things to see and directions to the grocery store - about 4 minutes drive away). Simply wonderful villa and hosts, and anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of a resort, this is perfect!
