Welcome to our cozy Athens Home in the heart of nature! This beautifully renovated house has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 3 FULL SIZE ,
1 QUEEN SIZE BED, a spacious deck for outdoor dining, a Pellet stove for chilly evenings, Perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking tranquility near hiking trails, lakeside adventures

The Kitchen
Both Kitchens are equipped with all new appliances and finishes as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, general spices, and basically all the tools you need to make morning pancakes, Pasta Dinner dinner, and everything in between. (Groceries not provided.) For morning coffee, there is a coffee machine please feel free to bring along your favorite roast. You will find all the dish ware, serve ware, and drink ware you need for your group to dine, but don’t worry, we have you covered with a dishwasher too.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms Handicap Accessible downstairs bathroom toilet & shower, The second bathroom is located upstairs, nested within the Master Bedroom and also features a soaking tub for your relaxation. Both bathrooms have a rain shower a hair dryer
( Located On the downstairs Bathroom) and super plush towels. Also in-unit is a washer and dryer for your use.
Outdoors
Step outside of each house and you will find a wood deck with lounge seating for your entire group. If BBQ-ing is your thing, we have you covered with a propane grill. An extra tank is provided in case the one there runs low and needs to be swapped out.
CHECK IN
The check-in will be contactless and keyless. Before you arrive, we will send you the code to the door lock.
CHECK OUT
Our check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please make sure to do the dishes (it’s ok to place the remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle), take the trash out and close the door before leaving. Don’t forget to do a final walk thru of the house to make sure you haven’t left behind any personal items.
There is a camera located at the front and back of the house, as a safety precaution. We only check the camera to see if there is a car in the driveway to confirm when guests have arrived and departed. We actively respect your privacy during your trip.
RECYCLING
Guests can leave the recycling items on a separate bag in the house. Cleaning team will take care of it after guests leave.
ITEMS LEFT BEHIND
Please note that we are not responsible for any items left behind. We will make every effort to search and find your forgotten items after you check out but we do not guarantee if they can be found
SECURITY
Stepping out of the house? Keep your belongings safe and secure by remembering to close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving the property.
FRIENDS OF MOTHER NATURE
Please note that we are located in the countryside, surrounded by trees and foliage. Although we have regularly scheduled pest control services in and around the home and yard, you are still likely to see a few insects or other living beings from Mother Nature. We ask that you do your best to keep outside doors closed as much as possible to limit the amount of outdoor creatures from sneaking in.
PETS
We love pets and allow them in our houses, but please let us know if your are bringing your furry friend(s) along. Please understand that all of our furniture and decor is new and pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You will be responsible for any visible wear or damage your pets may cause. The maximum number of pets we allow is two no more then 25LB, We welcome but must be approved by the owner before booking. A cleaning fee might be applied.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs/media equipment, Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by our team, a maintenance service professional may be dispatched. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE ALEX WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES
