Fitness center in the building (additional cost), and light rail (Nygård light rail stop) and grocery store (also open on Sundays) right outside the building. Short walking distance to the city station and train station (approx. 200m), Store Lungegårdsvann (approx. 200m), beautiful Nygårdsparken (approx. 200m) and otherwise most of what the center of Bergen has to offer. About 1km walk to Torgallmenningen.
Living room, kitchen, hallway, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a private terrace. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. Washing machine in the laundry room.
Heating in all floors.
